Conchita is America’s newest heiress dog! Well, at the moment.
When Conchita’s beloved owner passed on to the Dog Park in the Sky, she left Conchita and her two canine companions money, a mansion and staff (a staff that was awarded around 26 million to look after the dogs and live in the mansion) – with directions for selling the mansion and donating the proceeds to charity when the pups finally joined her in heaven.
However, Gail Posner’s son is contesting the will, stating his mother was coerced into it by her caretakers.
The whole back story is quite soap opera – and there is a history of courts throwing such wills out and awarding most of the money to the family. So…who will win? Chihuahuas or the son?
