If you’re in New York tomorrow, bring your cat or dog along to the Metropolitan Pavilion and Altman Building tomorrow between 12 and 5 pm (but come early, because there’s plenty to see and do!)
The Metropolitan Pavilion is conveniently located at 125 W 18th Street, and tickets are only$25 at the door ($20 in advance online at www.nycpetshow.com).
Today you missed out on the always lovely Victoria Stillwell’s live appearance, an entertaining and informative discussion on cattitude (dealing with common cat behaviour – presented by Carole Wilborn), and others.
But never fear, tomorrow – Sunday – brings you even more fun! Apart from the goody bag you get upon entry, and the many different samples and treats for your pet (you can bring your cat or dog, but they must be on a leash – the website above will give you the specifics), there will be A talk from vet Ann Hohenhaus on what you need to know about the annual exam (no, the one your pet gets, not that horrible recurring dream about your high school finals), the leather clad biker pet rescuers, Rescue Ink, Doggie Moms (yep, two of them will be here, and you can even take part in casting for it!!!), a talk on urban noises and how they affect your pet, and an outrageous pet fashion fashion show.
Be there or be square!
